The Global Email Marketing Specialist, EMEA is responsible for supporting our EMEA markets in the Global Lifecycle Marketing organization. You will contribute to key lifecycle strategy decisions to ensure our customer journey is a traveller-first one that is driving value to the business’ bottom-line.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience standing up a customer communications strategy, executing an email marketing program and driving business value. They will love both the creative and analytical sides of email/push marketing and understand the importance of personalized, relevant customer communications along the customer journey. The Global Email Marketing Specialist, EMEA will execute against a Global Lifecycle strategy but ensure we have a clear understanding of unique needs, requirements or differences in our EMEA region and its markets.
