At Skyscanner, we’re proud to work with more than 1,200 global travel partners – including airlines, hotels and online travel agents connecting them with our 80m+ monthly active users.
To help bring the Skyscanner brand and value alive for these partners we’re looking for a Copywriter to work alongside the Partner Marketing team. The team has recently expanded so it’s the perfect time to get involved, especially as we’re working on many exciting campaigns that will be shared with the biggest names in the travel industry.

About you

  • You know the importance of creating compelling and useful content and can turn your hand to anything, from events blog posts to whitepapers
  • You know that writing for a business audience doesn’t mean being boring
  • You’re a natural storyteller who can translate complex ideas, jargon and tech speak into compelling copy
  • You’ve a passion for and understanding of both the tech and travel industries

What you'll be doing

  • Writing creative, engaging and valuable on-brand content for partners and the wider travel industry
  • Helping establish Skyscanner as thought leader in the travel industry, creating awareness of what we can do for them
  • Working closely with our marketing and product teams to tell Skyscanner’s story, while supporting the commercial team
  • Writing regular events blog posts, thought leadership assets such as white papers and one-pagers, and articles, as well as case studies, product guides and documentation, press releases, and copy for events
  • Work closely with team members to identify new channels and communication touchpoints so we can reach our partners and the travel industry as a whole
  • Writing campaign copy when needed
  • Working alongside other copywriters and reporting to the Principal Copywriter
  • Working with designers, product managers, engineering developers and business owners to define and deliver the best experience for travellers and partners
  • Evangelising for readability, usability and creativity.
  • Helping colleagues become better writers by sharing best practice, collaborating, training
