You can pick up cheap hand sanitiser at dollar shops across the globe.

Try and grab one with a caribeener on it, that way you can attach it to your belt strap on your pants, that way there's no need to have to rumage around in your bag if you touched an animal or been to the bathroom, it's easily accessible when you need it!
