Important Information:
Visa & Entry: A valid Bhutan visa (except for Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) is required before arrival. We will assist with visa processing once your trip is confirmed. A valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity is mandatory.
Paperwork: Travelers must carry their visa clearance letter, travel insurance policy, and printed flight tickets.
Travel Conditions: Bhutan’s terrain includes winding mountain roads that may be challenging for those prone to motion sickness—medication is recommended.
Altitude & Fitness: Some sightseeing involves walking or light hikes at moderate altitudes (e.g., Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Paro requires a 4–6 hour hike). A reasonable fitness level and comfortable walking shoes are advised.
Climate & Clothing: Weather can change quickly—layered clothing, a warm jacket, and rain gear are recommended regardless of season.
Connectivity: Internet and mobile coverage may be limited in certain valleys, so be prepared for occasional disconnection.
Cultural Sensitivity: Bhutan is a deeply spiritual country—dress modestly when visiting monasteries and dzongs, and always follow your guide’s instructions regarding local customs.
