This tour'll get you inside the history of Buenos Aires. I'll be narrating you the developement of our Nation trough stories, architecture, music and my personal experience, as many of the locations of the tour have a special meaning for me as a local. Discover the oldest buildings of the city, some secret stories and locations of downtown with me

We will meet at the front door of the Mc Donald's Located at Corrientes Avenue 1000 (intersection with Carlos Pellegrini Avenue). From there I will tell you the story of the Obelisco (the symbol of the city) and from there I will show you a spot nobody looks at and I will tell you the crazy story that shows Porteños as we are.

Then we'll make out way up to the most important theatre in South America, the Colón Theatre we'll see its architecture and I'll tell you some details, you can visit it inside if you want (ticket is not included in the tour) as is a true Palace of art in the middle of the city, after this we will go through the famous 9 de Julio Avenue in order to reach Retiro's neighborhood, where I've worked for more than 10 years. First we will see a location of a tragic episode of our Nation, one of the two terrorist attacks suffered in Buenos Aires, then we will admire the most sophisticated Eduardian Style Railway Station up to the World War, just some steps from the station we will look at the irony of the Monumental Tower (Aka British Tower) just in front of the Cenotaph of the fallen soldiers of Malvinas War (Aka Falkland's War).

Then we will explore San Martín's Square and then we will take a look at the Palaces around the Square, The San Martin's Palace, The Paz' Palace and the Gothic headquarters of the national parks administration. Then we will know the story of revenge involving two ladies a Palace a Skycraper and a Church. Then we'll start our journey through the famous pedestrian street Florida, where we'll discover some hidden spots even for many Porteños. We'll take a look at the Galerías Pacífico and you will know the creepy event that took place many years ago at that place. Then we will see the Patio of the hidden convent at the heart of downtown, reaching Diagonal Roque Saenz Peña Street I will show you an underground theatre that was part of the history of Tango and Porteños nightlife, when Carlos Gardel the most famous Tango singer of the wolrd was a customer of those hidden theatres and cabarets.

Then we will admire the oldest and most important square of the city, Plaza de Mayo, I'll tell you its origins and some milestones of our history that happened there. We will look at the Pink House, The Metropolitan Cathedral and the Vault of National hero José de San Martín (My grandma used to say that we are realatives). Then we will visit the Cabildo where the May's Revolution took place. Just a few steps from there we will visit the Manzana de las luces, another important site for our history where we will find the oldest remaining construction in Buenos Aires, the oldest farmacy and the oldest bookstore. From there we'll start our journey through Avenida de Mayo's Avenue, where we will see the greatness of Buenos Aires, we will take a look at the oldest Bar in Buenos Aires and as we cross 9 de Julio's Avenue we will see the site of the Peronist Cabildo where Evita delivered the famous speech to one million supporters. Then we will see the most spanish street of the city where I will tell you the fights and arguments there during the Spanish civil war. Then we will discover the Davinci's code like story of Barolo's Palace, finishing the tour looking at the art Nouveau jewel of Buenos Aires the Confitería "El Molino" (The Windmill) and the Palce of the National Congress.

During the journey I'll offer you Mate, our national tea, but you have to share the cup, such is our tradition of friendship. So, be aware, you could fall in love with Buenos Aires!
