Travel tips You Can't Miss - Unprocessed Water

By Rahul_Verma | Jul 21, 2018

I'm a travel blogger, that means I travel a lot. With my travel journey, I have learned a lot from my mistakes. And I absolutely do not want my fellow travellers to repeat those same mistakes! And it's silly that we all make little or so-called minor mistakes while travelling. But today I'm going to share something which you will never want to do while travelling.

Don't forget the water

Drinking water

Drinking water

This seems pretty obvious, doesn't it? But most of the people don't care about this much. And I learned it the hard way. Being a traveller, you should never drink non-processed water at the place you are visiting. There are a few reasons behind that.
You are drinking either processed water or unprocessed water at your home. So your immune system adapts accordingly. If you mistakenly drink un-processed water while your travelling trip, your immune system might react abnormally. This can give you mild fever, loosemotions, jaundice etc. So yeah, it might ruin rest of your holiday plans.

Note: Processed water here means water from water purifier & unprocessed water means, fresh water, lake water, underground water etc.

The sad truth

Unprocessed water contains deadly bacteria, fungi, viruses and many other diseases causing microorganisms. You certainly don't want to deal with any kind of illness while travelling, right? So better stick with processed water or bottled water while you're travelling.

What can I do?

So you are at a local restaurant or a place in mountains where you are certain that only un-processed water is available. In such a situation, either carry your own water bottle or you can buy bottled water there.
