Garden City (Kowloon Tong) was developed by C. Montague Ede as a low density residential area accommodating English people during colonial era. In recent decades, organisations have established hotels, kindergarten and international schools in this area such as kindergarten at Cumberland Road and York Road. Entertainment Venue

There are two places for drinks. Happy hour at Billy Boozer II on Junction Road (next to Kam Shing Road Recreation Ground) from 11 a.m. till 8 p.m. (not sure if they open on weekends) Happy hour of Dan Ryan's at Festival Walk is listed on their official website. As far as I know, there is no other place for drinks in Garden City (Kowloon Tong). The two places are very convenient for exchange students and expatriates in Baptist University and Kowloon Tong for drinks. Billy Boozer II is situated on Junction Road which is opposite to People's Liberation Army Kowloon East Barracks and close to Baptist Unversity. Alcoholic drinks are not available and not allowed in the cinema at Festival Walk. A large supermarket called Taste. An ice skating place. A food court on top floor with plenty of Asians. For the location of bus terminus and taxi rank inside the premise, please browse their official website or shoot them an email for an enquiry. Also, concierge service is also available in the mall.
