Fairy Meadows!!!

The place I wanted to see, and was on my bucket list since long.

So the journey began on September 18 from Karachi, travelling all the way to Islamabad. Stayed at Islamabad for few hours then started with the trip and having short stops we reached to Chillas. Stayed overnight at Chillas and the very next morning after breakfast, left for tattu village via 4x4 jeeps. After reaching tattu village, we trekked up to Fairy meadows. The trek was 8km long!

Finally after the trek we reached Fairy Meadows.

Fairy Meadows is a very popular tourist attraction. There were locals and even people from other countries who came to visit the beautiful view of Nanga Parbat.

We stayed overnight at Fairy Meadows and the next morning after breakfast, did a full day exploration. Trekked towards beyal camp and visited Reflection Lake.

We returned back to our cottages, had dinner, did bornfire and stayed overnight at Fairy Meadows.

The trek is heavenly mesmerising, and worth the view.

The next morning we trekked down to tattu village and left for Hunza. Explored Hunza and Naran for three days and then returned back to Islamabad.

And ending the trip there, took the flight and reached back to Pakistan.

Travel tip: The key to trek up to fairy meadows are a good pair of shoes with a good grip. Secondly, you must have a hiking stick and a water bottle with you. And it's better not to take long rest during the trek, maximum rest of 5 minutes when necessary, is good to go in order to maintain your hiking rythym.

The pictures can never do justice to the actual experience of what we saw.
