Compensation for delays with Thello trains

If you booked a Thello train between France and Italy, you are entitled to compensation if your train is more than 1 hour late, according to the following table:

Delay Compensation
59 minutes or less none
60 to 119 minutes 25% of the ticket price
120 minutes and more 50% of the ticket price

Fill this form to get reimbursed directly on the card you used to pay for the ticket. You can also give your bank account information if you didn't purchase your ticket by card.
